The Conch Inn is a Custom Built, well appointed and furnished house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and bonus loft. The beach house is located in the upscale Morgantown beach community. You will enjoy strict architectural controls, buried utilities, two swimming pools, two lighted tennis courts, and a gorgeous beach. Be prepared to relax!!

The Conch Inn has two king master suites, one queen bedroom, and two twin beds in the loft. The home is located directly in front of the Morgantown community beach boardwalk.

The large and spacious great room has all leather furniture and the fully equipped kitchen has seated dining for 8. There are four TVs, CD/DVD player, high speed wireless Internet access, satellite TV, a washer & dryer, and a charcoal barbecue grill. Towels and Linens are included..

For golfers in the group, the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club is less than a mile away. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.
